# Pin Grading System
**Please bear in mind that due to the handmade nature of our pins, achieving absolute perfection is rare!**
This is why the grading system is here for all, so you are able to understand the differences of grades and what they mean!
# A Grade (Standard Grade):
- Free of major defects but may exhibit subtle imperfections.
- Light scratches/scuffs may be present.
# B Grade:
- Pins are in good condition.
- Noticeable small imperfections are observed upon closer examination.
- Minor offset screen printing errors may be present.
- May also feature noticeable scratches/scuffs.
# C Grade:
- Highly noticeable flaws, including significant offset screen printing errors, chipped/cracked enamel, list goes on.
- These are assigned to the very last row due to their imperfections.
**Mixed Grades (Leftovers):**
Any remaining pins falling under MIXED GRADE will be sold as grades A's and B's. C grades being sold separately.
# Purchase and Pin Care Policies
**Before finalizing your purchase, kindly ensure your order is accurate, as no cancellations will be accommodated after the transaction.**
# Refund and Returns Policy:
- Refunds and returns for sold pins will be assessed on an individual basis. We strive to address any issues, such as damage during shipping or loss in transit, on a case-by-case basis.
# Exchange Policy:
- Currently, we do not facilitate exchanges unless you've received an incorrect item. Please thoroughly review your order before completing your purchase.
# Disclaimer:
- In cases of user error, such as accidentally dropping a pin resulting in cracked enamel, we cannot be held responsible. Please take care of your pins!

- Please note that all orders are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind. We exclusively offer tracked shipping to ensure the secure delivery of your items.
